We always offer free estimates and will only perform the work authorized by you or your insurance company. If there is any hidden damage, we will contact the insurance company to request a supplement to the initial appraisal. We are here to ensure your vehicle is getting fixed correctly and completely. In the event, you are pay-out-of-pocket, we can make sure your vehicle is road safe, while trying to work with your budget (when and if possible).
Rental Partner
We have a great working relationship with Hertz located at 561 Park Avenue, Worcester, MA. They provide exceptional service and value to our customers.
Hertz will bring a rental to you when you drop your vehicle off at our collision center.
The make and model of the rental car is dependent upon your rental coverage.
If you do not have rental insurance, Hertz may be able to work with you, keeping you on the road while your vehicle is being repaired.
Glass Repair
In the event, your windshield is chipped, cracked, or smashed, we've got you covered.
We have an excellent working relationship with Glass America located at 273 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA.
Glass America will work with your insurance company, if necessary. They provide quality service at your door at no extra, a lifetime warranty on workmanship, and competitive pricing.
